How data is handled
- Tenant isolation. InspectIQ is a multi-tenant platform. Each inspector's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security.
- Inspector in control. AI-assisted drafting (beta, not yet generally available) is designed to help draft and review report content. The inspector reviews and approves every report.
- AI providers. No production customer data is currently sent to third-party AI providers.
- Infrastructure. Hosted on AWS. Google Cloud is used temporarily while our migration to AWS completes.
- Not sold. We do not sell personal data.
